How We Got Started
Two People. One Vision. Decades of Experience.
Cliff Morris and Brad Nelson first joined forces in 2008. Over the years that followed, they built something remarkable together — a managed IT operation that grew to serve over 500 clients, including white-label IT services for 250 MSPs across the country.
After that chapter closed, Cliff spent 12 years pursuing his passion for entertainment — building, performing, and creating. Brad continued sharpening his technical craft, staying at the forefront of infrastructure, networking, and emerging cybersecurity threats.
In 2023, they reunited. Tier3 MSP was the result — a company that combines their deep roots in managed services with a sharp focus on what businesses need most right now: robust cybersecurity and smart AI-powered solutions for the modern digital landscape.

With a career spanning business development, managed services, and entertainment, Cliff brings a rare combination of people skills and technical vision to Tier3 MSP. He's driven by one goal: making IT feel effortless for the businesses he serves.
A Level 3 engineer with 31 years of hands-on infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity experience. Brad holds MCSE, MCP, A+, Network+, WCSP, and DCSE certifications — and still picks up the hard tickets himself.
